Hypothalamus Gland

Im wondering if someone can advise me. My son has been treated constitutionally by two homeopaths with varying degrees of success.

His one major issue that remains is his lack of hunger and wanting to eat.
Im wondering if there is either a remedy, an herb, or bach flower remedy that might help in stimulating his Hypothalamus Gland. Im also wondering if what Im trying to do is safe. The whole goal is to get him having a bigger appetite.
Thanks for any replies.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
You can try with baryta carb.

Hi Ryelink

You may give your son 10 drops of Gentiana Leutia Mother tincture dissolved in water thrice daily for a few weeks. It'll increase his appetite and hunger. Unless you see some new annoying symptoms depending upon sensitivity and susceptibility factors(in that case you'll have to stop) this MT is safe for this complaint.

I have ordered the Gentian Root. The herbalist that I talked to also convinced me to give Caraway tincture as well. She also suggested in the future that I may add Maca and Saw Palmetto to the combination as they will both help add weight to my son.

I cant wait to see if this will help.

Hi Ryelink

If you add everything right now we won't be able to ascertain what the Gentian does. So give some time to the mother tincture to ascertain its efficacy then if you want you can add other herbal things.
