1 month old baby in pain & so fussy

My little girl has been extremely fussy since she was about 1.5 weeks old and it's just gotten worse. I looked into and corrected overactive letdown and fore/hind milk imbalance due to oversupply. I'm breastfeeding soley. I will start an elimination diet tomorrow to see if it's anything I'm eating. I had a c-section and she had reflux from day one, though it was very mild.

Here is what she's doing. She's 5 weeks old Wednesday. She's 11.5 lbs (8lbs, 10oz at birth), so she's gaining well.

Wheezing after spitting up.

Choking episodes – a couple that caused her to stop breathing until we got to her.

Wanting to nurse constantly and will ease pain after spitting up.

Frequent hiccups that happen after spitting up.

Wet burps.

Poor sleeping and frequent waking (as often as every 15-30 minutes).

Coughing and sneezing after spitting up (not sick).

Acidic breath.

Always fussy/crying unless being nursed or sleeping.

Very rare to be content when awake.

Discomfort when feeding at times. She will arch, scream and fight.

Sour look on her face when burping or refluxing.

Wet sounding voice.

Hyperactive gag reflex.

Near constant grunting with no problems with bowel function ever or gas most of the time.

Arching back a lot.

Help, it's gotten so bad! She's so miserable!

Thanks!
