Fat Stomach and Face
Hello,I am a 20 year old male, 5'10 about 160lbs. I am not obese or anything, but I do have excess fat on my stomach, and also my face has some extra fat.
Is there any remedy for this? Also, I also am very jittery. Meaning, if I am sitting down i cant stop moving my legs very fast. Or if I am standing, I have trouble standing still in one place.
Please help, thanks!
