Help with overall health/ symptoms. Main symptom: possible fistula.

Hi. I am a 30 yr. old male. I am starting to learn about the possible benifits of homeopathy to remedy the whole of the body as perscribed based on lifestyle and complete outline of all symptoms. I would like to ask for suggestions for homeopathic therapy based on my outline below. Sorry for the lengthiness, but I wanted to be complete. I truly and greatly appreciate anyone taking the time to read this and help out or share anything.

I will attempt to list as clearly and completely as possible my symptoms, the main one being what I fear is a fistula of some sort on the perenial which I am very eager to deal with, as it is starting to affect me more consistently these days (the others are not as worrisome to me, but they are nonetheless present).

Main Symptom:

--Soreness/ pressure (tenderness) and rawness (of skin) near perineal where there is already scar tissue from a major surgery to remove giant abscess in 1999. Sometimes (sporadically) discharges a small amount of fluid (foul smell, but not putrid). Scar tissue from surgery has 'opened' and bled 3 times in the last 1.5 yrs (heals within 2 or 3 days), but before that it was fine since the surgery in '99. Had another small abscess drained 2 months ago. Every once in a while, a sharper pain in the anus itself, along with a very slight feeling of 'something scraping.'

--General Soreness is around scar tissue (bottom inside right buttcheek); Rawness is on the skin where the the scar tissue separated (vortex of incisions, about 1-2 inches from anus) and right side of perineum; and occasional pressure is at the vortex of the incision, just under the flesh.

--It is worse when sitting upright and when flexing PC muscles (i.e., during ejaculation and just after bowel movement, or upon holding in BM). Also seems to be worse at high altitude (I work at 14,000 ft. for one week/ month during nights).

--Unnoticed (feels fine) when lying down or standing up, or swimming. Also, if I favor the left butt cheek while sitting, it feels less irritated.

Other symptoms:

(1) --Recurring temporary bump in testicle after periods of heightened sexual activity, along with a dull pain in the testicle and along scar tissue from 2001 surgery to remove testicular mass (benign). Pain is 'blue-ball' like, but the sorness behind the scar tissue is more along the lines of the previous symptom mentioned. Bump seems to recede after a few days of rest from sexual activiy. This symptom has been only getting noticable since the recurrance of the pressure of the main symptom, although it was present years ago to a MUCH lesser extent (more like fatigue)

--This is the right testicle, and the bump is in the exact spot where the aforementioned mass was removed, right on the bottom of the ball, a little towards the back side of it. Scar tissue follows a line from the pubic area (where thigh meets pubic area) down to underneath the testicle in the front of the perineal.

--Worse after periods of heightened sexual activity.

--Better after rest from sexual activity.

(2) Stiffness in shoulder/ neck. It feels as if a tendon may be out of place, or a nagging feeling of needing to 'crack' my neck. Constant knot in neck/ shoulder muscles, but sometimes worse than others. Has been ongoing for about .75 yrs, seems to be since pulling or stretching a bicep muscle playing football last January.

--This is located on the right side, starting just under the shoulder blade and continuing up to the base of skull, just behind the right ear (although, upon massage I can feel it in my right temple).

--It is better in a hot shower. Also, just after a deep massage, but always comes back. Better after doing Yoga or swimming, or any general excercise.

--Worse after sleeping in the wrong position or sitting at a computer for too long. Also worse during periods of elevated stress level.

(3) Outbreaks of acne-like bumps on back and arms/ shoulders. They are both small and puss-filled, and larger and not filled with puss (blackheads). Some are painful when touched, others painless. They tend to stay around for a long time (on the order of months), but eventually fade away.

--Mostly are located on lower back, lower neck area and around hairline, shoulders, just above armpit in front, and on crease opposite elbow.

--I don't notice when these symptoms are better/ worse -- they seem just random.

(4) Tinea Versicolor: I have had outbreaks of this fungal inflamation ever since I moved to Hawai'i 1.5 yrs ago.

--Mostly on back, but sometimes arms in crease opposite elbow and rarely on front just under pectorals and above abdomen.

--Worse in humid weather, or after elevated athletic activity (sweating a lot).

--Better when it's more dry out, and also after treating with antifungal cream or head and shoulders for a couple weeks.

(5) Partially clogged nostril, usually clogged with dry mucos, but still a little harder to breath through than the right one.

--Left side, near the upper/ inner part of the nose, close to the sinuses on the inside.

--It gets worse in dry weather, but is still present to a very minor degree in humidity.

--It's better when humid.

Lifestyle:

Sleep -- My sleep schedule constantly changes due to my Job (started 1.5 yrs ago). Approx. 6 days/ month (sometimes more) I work all night and sleep during the day at 14000 ft. altitude. The rest of the month I sleep a normal schedule. I can't say I have reoccuring dreams.

State of being -- I am a usually laid-back person. I work 3 weeks out of the month, one of which is at high altitude during the night. On my spare time I love bumming it at the beach, swimming, jogging. Just getting into Yoga. I like to party (I drink rather heavily and have since college ('97), but am drinking a little less these days, but still drink (even making homebrew!). I occasionally smoke marijuana, but not so much. I used to smoke cigarretes, but now only partake in the occasional cigar (NO cigarrettes). I have a wonderful supportive wife and two cats. Pretty stress-free, except for this fistula condition... I travel a few times a year, sometimes to Guatemala and sometimes to Chile and sometimes to Minnesota. I live in Hawai'i. That's about it.

--Two lifestyle issues seem to affect the main symptom more than anything else. I've taken recently to riding a bicycle very often, and this seems to irritate the affected area. Another thing, a little embarrasing to talk about, is that I usually have a 'healthy' sex drive. I tend to engage in some type of sexual activity on a daily basis. Since this problem has been getting worse, I have stopped biking and slowed down to about once a week with the sexual activity (as I mentioned, the flexing of pc muscles seems to exacerbate the symptoms.

--Past history just includes the two surgeries aforementioned (peri-rectal abcess and testicular mass (benign) removed). My maternal grandmother suffered from diverticulitus, if it is of any consequence in diagnosis. My mother has hypertension controlled with medication, and my blood pressure is a little hight, but can be controlled by diet and excersise as of now. My maternal grandpa had Alzheimer's Disease, and my paternal Grandpa has Parkinson's. No other medical history issues that I know of.

--Medications/ treatment: I am not on medication, and I have no adverse reactions to anything, really. I do take Milk Thistle to strengthen my liver function and at times when feeling ill take 'wellness formula,' a multi-vitaman-and-herb pill found in most healthfood stores. I also sometimes take Ginko Biloba when at altitude to improve circulation.

Again, I'm sorry about the long post, but I hope it was complete enough for an expert(s) to give some suggestions. I greatly appreciate the time it takes to look through this. I hope this is a complete list of info to work with.

Thanks a TON!
