Dowagers hump

What remedies are associated with the physical characteristic of a dowager's hump or buffalo hump?

It is a large pad of fat about the size of the palm of your hand (maybe larger) at the top of the spine/base of the neck. It is usually associated with obesity and causes the neck to slump forward.

Thanks for the help.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Correction: I just googled dowagers hump and it is a rounding of the shoulders associated with osteoporosis. That is not what this is.

Buffalo hump sometimes associated with Cushing's disease is what I am trying to find remedies for.

Thanks,
ruth
