question

what is the difference between taking pellets/powder under the tongue and over the tongue ?

can anybody please reply on this question.

Doesn't make a difference as long as you don't swallow the pellets

It's almost always recommended under the tongue. Following the logic you'd be less likely to chew or swallow the pellets by accident if you put them under the tongue and also it's a cleaner part of the mouth.
