Anterior Cruciate ligament is torn

Sir,

I’m 30 years old, Wight about 196 pounds and 5’10 tall.

My MRI reports show the following
The Anterior cruciate ligament is torn. The posterior cruciate ligament is intact. There is a small bone marrow contusion in the lateral tibial plateau posteriorly. The medial meniscus shows mildly increased signal in the body postreiorly without definite tear. This is probably mild contusion or degeneration. There is increased signal along the posterior meniscocapsular attachments in the medial compartment suggestive of partial tear. There are no articular cartilage defects in the medical compartment. Evaluation the lateral compartment shows no articular cartilage defect or evidence of meniscal tear. The patellofemoral compartment is normal. The medical collateral ligament, lateral collateral ligament complex, and extersor mechanism are intact.

I have read some post on someone taking Arnica Mont and Rhus tox but can you recommend any medicine to recover from this?

Thanks
Gurdev
