was Sore throat now pain in my ear

assalam o alikum/Hi every one
i m working in contruction as labour.i m doing sanding ,two weeke back i was sanding foam and the dust was falling in mouth ,nose and eyes.next day i feel sore thoat.(when i feel sore throat and i use white sugar it gets worse ) so later it was getting worsebut i was using gargle and things like it was better a little bit
but now i feel some thing in my right ear .when water goes in the ear i feel like that today is the second day please help i will be very grate full to youthanks for your quetionier i will reply it my general particular are as under

1-i m general labour with slim body
2i have slight pain in knee and i have slight kidney pain and h pylori(stomach ulcer
3- i get angry very fast
4-i m discourged and i find no way when i m at worst.
when i have low sor throat when i eat sugar it get worse

9-i m moody,get ervous /anger fast,easly offendedand quite
----i m worried a littlt

----I m very very sensitive to smell ,noise and also light
----when i m in worse condition i bite nails

12-i like sweets and i avoide hotspicylike(pepper)
13-thirst is normal
14 hunger is normal
15-yes corn,bitter mellon(in urdu it is known as karaila),cold drinks like coca cola pepsi etc all of them,peppers ect , are food which do not stand with my body


16 sweat is normal and equal in all place i.e head ,back and sholder
17- stool --it is loose motion
18sleep - is nomal not very deep ,
easily awake with small distubance
no particular posture

i used allopathic medicine for h pyloriand berberis Volgaris for kidney stone
22 my mother is suffering from diabatic,she has past history of stomsch TB and liver hydated cyst and my father's hand was shevringand he had cronic constapation
