Hunger pangs and Acid Reflux

Hi,
Iam a 32 yr old male who has been suffering from Acid Reflux and hunger pangs for the last 5 yrs.

I have been actively doing yoga and exercise for the last year. This has helped me 40%.

I get hungry every 3 hrs and acidity during this time is very bad. My worst symptoms are after morning bowel movement after which I start feeling emptiness and then acidity kicks in and stomach bloats.

This has been happening for nearly 5 yrs now. I have tried all kinds of PPI ( Nexium, Prevacid, etc...). the problem is when I take them after couple of weeks, I get constipated i.e the bowel does not move.

I have been to nearly 5 GI, done endoscope nearly 4 times, colonoscope 2 times, upper digestive pressure test, and all of them ruled out Ulcer, Hernia, H.Pylori, diabetes, thyroid, lactic intolerance, etc..

I was on reglan for sometime, it helped for a while and then again not for long.

Certain days when I exercise specially when I run the next day I feel more hungry and then again more acidity.

If I get up early due to work that day is again very bad.

Iam not sure what to do now.
Can someone help me with this. Iam not sure what is happening to my stomach.
