how to reduce my weight and stops masturbation

hi
i am 21 yeras old and doing masturbation for last 7 years.
my physicque is good from the outside as i am a bulky guy and my weight is 250 pounds and height of 6 feet.

But the real problem is that i am not fit from inside.
my question is that i want to loose weight, so i hve t0 cut down my calories intake but on the other hand i hve to do lot of mind work as i am a student of electrical engineering.So when i use to masturbate as i am doing it quite regularly, i hve noticed:
1. my bone density at arms,hands,legs,foots hve reduced a great deal. And i usually get wrist injury.My bones becomes very week .i feel pain as do masturbating.

2. My mind strenght(memory ) has reduced a great deal.

3. my erections are not harder and i ejulcate very soon.

4.i usullay gets tired very soon while doing any physical oor mental activity.
5.As i want to become slim, when i began to diet and exercise, i feel very week and could not lasts my diet and exercise program for more then 3 days.
my hair are losing very fast and i hve a semi baldness at age of 21.

6.how long does it takes to cure my self after quiting masturbation.
7.how can i quit masturbation?

so back to my question i want to ask what types of suppliments and foods i should take to overcome the above described thing.
i hve to mentioned also that my food intake is good but i do not take proper foods.
please guide me

one thing i want to mention more is that
i hve a big man boobs and i want to ask also that is masturbation causes man boobs or is it only due to obesity

google fasting to reduce weight, you can start with just fruits fast - , then juice and then just water --1day to 3day ..good luck.
Please, do not overdo 'fasting'

firstly, i don not understand the meaning of chilly and hot person.if u want to ask abt my mood i cannot easily frank with others,it's little difficult for me to be frank at first time with the stranger,but as long as become frank with any one i am a very open person and very chill.
Especially with the opposite sex(girls),i remain very reserve.Or in other words i hve no such idea to talk with girls.
usually i am a chilly person with my friends(males).

ANd secondly ,i think i take normal the both weathers.but in the summer,i hve a low stamina and i sweat a lot .

thirdly,i hve no noticeable food cravings and no aversion.

fouthly,if i am free from exams means i hve not much work to do then i hve a little sad type of mood.
Generally speaking i am emotional.

I feel lonliness at times and this loneliness is a major factor of my habit of masturbation.
And one thing more, i have no stability in any aspect.
e.g is i cannot keep away myself from masturbation for more then a weak at best.And i want to mention that after working well a weak or some days i feel very uneasy and i think it's time for masturbation.
Or i just unconsciously use internet to browse porn sites keep in my mind not to do masturbation.But a time come when i just do it.b/c otherwise i feel very unsatisfactory.
And i am fat person from my childhood and i hve gained weight every year.
I like patato chips and like cock and pepsi.
I only eat chicken in meat.
SO in the end i want to say that masturbation is the root cause of my unstability and my loss of health in terms of loss of memory and week bones

Just wanted to share my experience, I started sweating heavily ever since I turned 15 especially during summer, people used to say as if I poured water on myself. Till date I was not able to understand why I used to sweat so profusely during summer even inside the house or in AC usually when flow was reduced. I read about fasting which is good for health if done for 1-3days everymonth, I tried it and you won't believe the day I fasted I didn't sweat at all while travelling in train and that was during month of May. That was the time I realised I used to consume alot of carbohydrates(200gms rice + 2 bananas) in the morning before leaving to work which generated tremendous heat inside my body which made me sweat even if it got little hot. Though I am thin but I have a tendency to overeat especially carbs. So there you are, you like potato chips, coke and pepsi all have heat generating factors. So before you start on homeopathy try some change in your diet, less spicy, less sugar and less carbs; I am sure it should make a difference altogether to reduce workload on homeopathy.
As far as masturbation, I do not know how much homeopathy can help because masturbation is all about self control and will power. You said you can control for a week, why not keep adding a day to it. Best is to take cold water shower moment you feel charged and it will reduce your desire to abuse yourself. Bad habits die hard. Good luck. Thanks for listening, hope this helps.
