bloating, gas, stomoch noises, diahria

Hi,
I have the following symptoms. Could some one please help me out.

2 Years back i had H.pylori infection. I took antibiotics prescribed by doctor for 3 weeks. I felt better, but started producing too much gas. I thought it will go away. But with in 1 to 2 weeks my stomoch started making weird noises. Initially it was not a problem. I was doing my masters program that time. I was afraid to attend classes some times, because the class is very silent and i am worried every body can hear my noise.
One year back i got a software job. My office is also very calm. My stomoach used to make these strange noises, especially at 12-2.00PM and at 5.30-6.30 PM. But it never disturbed my work that much. I some how managed it.

3 months back my symptoms got worse. I could not even sit at my desk. I had so much gas in my stomoach , my stomoch made noises once every 5 minutes. My stomoch looked as if iam pregnant. I also had diarria. I went to docotor, took colonoscopy. No problem was found in colonoscopy. Doctor diagnosed me with IBS(Irritable bowel syndrome).
After 1 week,I developed food sensitivities. I could only eat rice and egg and nothing else. My doctor could not help me out. So i started doing some reaserach on net tried the following in the order.

First i thought my bacterial composition in stomoch might have been disturbed because of heavy antibiotic use for H.pylori. So i took probiotics. It helped me a lot . My stomoch almost stopped making noise, but still i was able to digest only rice and egg. After one month of use i started having pain in my stomoch. I could sense my nerve contractions in stomoch. After further research i started taking citrucil (fibler supplement), peppermint tea at night and soy milk and flaxseed bread, along with protbiotics. This combination helped a lot. No noises, no pain and i started digesting other food. But i realised that too much consumption of soy milk is not good, also too much of peppermint tea causes kidney stones (I was treated for kidny stones 6 years back). So i stopped soy milk and peppermint tea. Immediately my pain got back and more severe. I spent one week with that pain as i dont have any other solution.

After one week, i came to know about Kefir drink. I started using it. My pain vanished. i was able to digest lot of foods. But my stomoch noises are still there. I had to use restroom atleast 3-4 times a day.

I am so tensed at office. i was not able to concentrate because of my stomoch noises and i can feel irritation in my stomoch.

2 weeks back i tried olive oil. Immediately my stool consistency improved (Next day). My stool become more thick and felt little better in my stomoch. But stomoch sounds are still there.

3 days back i started taking TRIPALA Ayurvedic. But still my stomoch makes noises.

Finally i want to try nuxvomica or Lycopodium.

Could any one please help me out.

Thank you
upendra

I will try Antimonium Crudum 10M pellets. How long should i use this. Can i stop it as soon as my symptoms are gone.

Just to make sure, i should take only one dose a week? is not it? That sounds too little to me.
I am new to homeopathy and i dont know any thing about it.

I will try it and let you know my condition.

Thankyou very much again,..
