Hairloss and Scalp Itch

Hi.. i am a 29 yr old male and have been experiencing hairfall since i shifted to bangalore. a lot of hair has fallen since i stayed there for 3 yrs. Now i am in the US and although the hair doesnt fall as much, but its not growing either. I sometimes have scalp itch and minute scaly or grainy particles come into my nails. sometimes also experience tiny bumps on the back of my neck and top of head. i had taken baksons in bangalore but didnt help much. pls advise what would be suitable for my condition.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
The cause of your hair fall is dandruf. You can continue psorinum 200c weekly single dose for 1month.Along with you should use medicated shampoo like fongitar or other which is available in your country.Tntralesional injection of triamcinolone acetonide(allopathic) can fasten your hair growth.

i dont really have any visible dandruff. this grainy condition has started to appear only recently. i apply medicated (ayurvedic) oil every night and shampoo it off each morning. in my early yrs of hairloss, there was not much dandruff either. i forgot to mention that there is MPB on my mothers side. i am also experiencing MPB type hairloss mainly affecting the crown and front of the head. Let me know if i still need to take psorinum
