white spots on arms
dear doctor,i hav white spots on my arms, more on the upper arm side.
they r clustered near the elbow, but not on the elbow.
they seemed to hav developed recently.
these spots r very small and a bit paler , compared to the complexion on my arms.
i hav no other difficulties, due to these spots.
pls advise.
