Please pescribe me some medicine as i highly believe on hemopathy medicine as it has less negative effects.

I am 22 year old boy and I am physically very weak. I am too shy to confrot doctor but problem is that i have masterbated allot since i was 13.But now i have left it and now 6 month has past but now i am suffered Nocturnal Ejaculation which occur in morning time i meant 4 - 6 am. but now a days it has a gap of 15 days. My penis is bestow to right and it goes some time shrink from the bottom and fat from the edge. I have read a advertisement of damiaplant shold it is right medicince for me.

My other habits are:

I have high sexual desire but in people i never feel it but in alone i hardly over come it.
i become tense on little things. i m not too confident person. tend to forget things.i feel very tired mentally and physically when i had done little work. like after going upstairs my hearts beat goes fast and after uplifting havy thing i am tierd shortly and feel viberation in my hands in my arms.
I eat too much and have little high hunger then others but I am too much weak.
