Very dry eyes

I suffer from very dry eyes. I was told by an optician that my tears only last for three seconds. My eyes also sting a lot. I had an ocular cap fitted and even this did not help. What can I do? Thanks :)

it is argenticum nit 30 to be taken orally it is good for eyes itchy and stingy eyes j k mohla you can see in remedies
