need a pro-fatigue/sleep/depression ruining my life

Here is remedy grid. I am desperate now. 36 yo female. look healthy except chronic acne from age 13. scarring.fingertip, toes around nail fungal infection 22 yrs. smart, but quit school because of depression. don't smile much. stressful, somewhat horrible childhood. artist. tall, slender. light complexion, hair. disturbed sleep, dreams. like to be alone. very weak nails, whole life. weak eyesight. feel emarrassed, responsible for condition. symptoms like Addisons disease. like to be alone, but can be life of party. body feels heavy, hands feet very cold. mornings can't get out of bed, sometimes for days. sometimes feel really good for a few days-and sure I am finally cured-then ends. read a lot of self help, positive thinking books. have tried many many medicines, diets, cures, etc. taking 60mg. Armour thyroid/day, 150mg. Wellbutrin. Thanks so much!
