yesterday i went out for dinner, i had a drink after oily food, then i smoked a cigerate,

I woke up today, my throat specuially right and upper side, the skin feels like its been rubbed with sharp nails, its totally scratched specially the upper part where the nostrils inlet is .

This always happens when i have drinks and smoke.

I feel Nux 30, is the remedy i require, as i do not need a constitutional remedy as this is a minor problem due to smoke, not an inherent misam

i also feel scratched when i intake slavia

also i have severe fever, my voice is heady, i also feel cold in fever
this normally happens the next day i also have flu, and then one week i have to stay on bed.

please help , I have important commitments coming up.
