stress depression & chest pain with breathlessness
i m 30 yrs guy met 2 of good homeopaths but still suffering from chest tightness , chest pain on left sides while berathing in and agg by touch and sleeping on stomach, breathlessness , worried bout financies, anxiety, stress, headache stiffness in neck, premature graying of hairs, body wants to rest, thoughts dont allow to sleep, sadness, easily exited , anxious, fearfull scared easily, pulse exited etc please helpvinodg on 2008-11-08

Just seeing good homeopaths will not help. You need to help yourself come out of it. If you are anxious then definetly your muscles will tighten and you'll feel stiffness and tightness everywhere. Read lot of inspiring things to make yourself feel better. I have been thru this and helped myself thru it with the help of a good homeopath as well as my own self determination to become better and lead a normal life. So I don't go thru these stiffness and tightness anymore. Wish you good luck. Write to me if you would like to talk about it. I'm not a proffesional, but can give you some good advise.
