Cataarh????
HiLooking for a remedy for what I think is catarrh. Symptoms: phlegm in back of throat; no amount of throat clearing will shift it. Permanent blocked nose. No cough (apart from to clear throat), no cold, no other symptoms or illnesses whatsoever. This is all the time; not any particular time of day and no matter what or when I eat or drink. Apart from that, feel fine and no other problems whatsoever. Have tried traditional remedies from doctor and a couple of homeopathic ones but nothing worked. Problem has been around for 5 or 6 years. Have cut out dairy foods; don't smoke, drink very very little - made no difference. Any suggestions please? I believe problem first began when for a few months I was waking at night choking on saliva. This passed after a few months and then the phlegm problem started, and choking problem has never happened since.
