Dr. Rishimba: Returning PCOS patient

I am back from an earlier post (www.abchomeopathy.com/forum2.php/135655/). I have got some relief from your advice on this forum. My story so far:
Following your selection of LACHESIS as my constitutional remedy, I couldnot understand the dosage from that post correctly and took lachesis 30c, total 24 doses spreading over 9 days in the first month. Body temperature showed a fall of one full degree. Other generalities improved too. Severe etchy acne appeared mid cycle (D10-22), these acnes were not there before. cycle-27days. The next cycle started with the same old pain (100%).
At this point, communication with drs was lost totally in spite of my several appeals. Hence I had to take decisions on potency on my own.
Second month was horrible: pain was same, took 3 doses of lachesis 200c (D2, D6, D12). Severe acne, left sided head and neck pain. Bloating. Burning sensation in the upper abdomen. Pain in the lower abdomen. Panic attack in the later part of the cycle. cycle-30days. Surprisingly, the next cycle started painlessly. I suspected overdosing, hence tapered the dose down.
Third month: I took 1 dose of Lachesis 200c (D2). Choking sensation at night, bloating, but no acne, Left ear ringing, left hand and left foot stinging upto D13. Then everything settled gradually. Cycle-30days . The next cycle started with mild (30%) pain.
Fourth month: I took 1 dose of Lachesis 30c (D2). Moderate acne (more in the left side). Urine infection (D17-20, had to take antibiotics), Cycle-30days. The next cycle started with mild (20%) pain.
Fifth month: No medicine taken. Moderate acne upto D19. Cycle-33days, The next cycle started with moderate (60%) pain.
Sixth month: 1 dose of Lachesis 30c (D2), no acne, Cycle-30days. The next cycle started with (40%) pain.
Seventh month: 1 dose of Lachesis 30c (D6), no acne, Cycle-32days. The next cycle started with mild (20%) pain.
Next month: 1 dose of Lachesis 30c (D2), no acne, Cycle-25days. The next cycle started with severe (80%) pain.
Now: 1 dose of Lachesis 200c (D1), pain subsided after taking medicine. Rest is peaceful until now.
Is Lachesis really working on me? Am I in the right path? Please help.
Hope I shall get reply this time.
With regards,
Anshal.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
it is very much evident that lachesis has helped you.

looking back at your original thread, i feel you have not understood the dosage properly.

lachesis is not to be repeated very often.

just a few doses on a single day and wait for the response.

please stop all doses now for some days. note your response.

give your full case again,

during or before the first day of the periods when you start experiencing the excruciating pains in your ovaries and genitals, you need to take APIS MEL 12C evey 2 to 3 hours initially and then when the pain subsides a bit, you can take it every 4 hours till the pain is totally relieved.

the above is to relieve the pain during every menstrual cycle and also to dissolve the cysts.

additionally, on a much deeper level i think you should take a dose of LYCOPODIUM 1M on a single day morning and note your mental changes. if you feel a marked change in your feelings of well being and your mental symptoms, you should know that this remedy will work for your overall emilioration of symptoms.

you may repeat LYCOPODIUM 1M after a month or whenever the mental symptoms return.

dont take lycopodium during your periods as it might interact with apis mel.

Dear Dr Rishimba,
Here is good news from my hcG test today (D40, was on lach 200). That elusive sweet pink line at last! hope all goes well this time.
I cannot really express my exact feelings towards your diagnosis and in-depth thinking ability. People like you are angels to frustrated patients like me hovering from one doctor to another for so many years. I wish to have your contact no. or e-mail (if possible). I am so grateful to you.
To homeopathy forum:
This wonderful forum have been a source of great inspiration right from my day of entry. This forum has an excellent group of homeopaths, and above all, doctors here discuss the basic principles and medicines so openly (this is rare among practising homeopaths) that anybody feels at home and confides in and all the myths about homeopathy vanish at once. I hope this forum will go a long way in popularising homeopathy especially among chronic patients.
Thanking you all once again,
With best regards,
anshal.
