toddler not sleeping at night
Can somebody please help me. My daughter is 16 months old and her sleeping pattern is going from bad to worse day by day.She will sleep at night for about 3 hours then stay awake for about another 3-4 hours.
She completes her sleep during the day and if I try to keep her awake she just cries alot.
