Help with Soy Allergy & Residual Anxiety

Greetings,
Several weeks ago I had an allergic reaction and subsequently went in for food allergy testing to find that I'm allergic to soy and hazelnuts. My main concern is the soy allergy, since so many foods have soy ingredients, even things you wouldn't suspect. Although my allergist thinks the reaction is mild (2 out of 10 scale), I cannot get rid of the anxiety that has come with this allergy. I'm hardly eating anymore, I'm always starving, but the fear of another potential allergic reaction is preventing me to eat normally, even when I triple-check labels. This is becoming unbearable. Do you have any remedies for soy food allergies and/ or anxiety? Any help is appreiciated. Thanks.
