Homeopathic remedy for stomach air?

Hello,

I am a little embarrassed but I suffer from stomach air and I happen to let them go some times (from the bottom).

Is there any homeopathic remedy to avoid ... farting? anything that will make the air go away before released?

I read about natural remedies like ginger, peppermint and others .... but in order to have those I have to be home and make myself a tea .... what if I am out at dinner? ....

I have seen my PCP (who happens to be also a gastointestinologist) but he didn't seem concerned at all.
I thought I was lactose intolerant, I stopped having milk products for 1 month .... but I basically still had the problem ...

Any recommendations?

Try calc.carb 200c,3 doses on three consecutive days.
