Obesity with flabby chest
Hi,I am having a bmi of 29. I was suffering from depression which caused weight gain. I was overweight since childhood.
The depression is treated. I live a healthy life, bicycle almost 24 km in 1 hr each morning. I regularly also do other forms of exercise. The funny thing about the flab is that it is more on the chest. Can anyone suggest a remedy. Let me assure you that I eat healthy non oily diet and avoid sugar to maximum.
