Trigger Finger

Dear esteemed doctors, I have developed trigger finger in my left hand and taking Ruta G. 30 for some time, which has responded well so far, but now has stopped showing improvement. My question is:-
1. Should I go for a highrr potency? If yes for what potency and for how long?If higher potency shows improvement for sometime and then stops responding, then should I go for still higher potency:
2. As for as I could ascertain, I'm a Nit. Mur man and should I take some additional Medicine alongwith Ruta G.
I'm not aware of the homeopathic treatment process and hence shall be much grateful for detailed instuctions reg. my treatment. thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
As there is some improvement,no need to go for higher potency of ruta.It is an acute remedy. If your problem recur, then repeat the dose of 30c or go for 200c potency. As your constitutional remedy is natrum mur,you can finish your case with natrum mur higher potency like 1M or 10M according to the condition of your problem.
