Child's vision

My 7 year old has been diagnosed as near sighted and has 20/60 vision. Are there any natural remedies to improve his vision?

Thank you - He is taking Phys 30C 4 pills at night. He had 20/20 vision 1 1/2 years ago, but when we went for checkup 2 days ago the doctor said his vision has come down to 20/60. He cries that he does not want to wear glasses.

Please help.
