Carcinosin?

I've been seeing a licensed practitioner by telephone for severe hayfever, food allergies and painful menstrual cycles. I have been prescribed Carcinosin in a high potency for about a year now. I question the ongoing prescription because I don't seem to be getting any better. In fact, my food sensitivities seem to be worse, I'm more anxious, I'm sleepy all the time and my libido is out the roof. In addition, I found a lump in my breast. My family does not have a history of cancer. I am waiting on the test results on malignancy of the lump. May I have some practitioner's opinions? I have addressed these concerns with the prescriber who stands by their prescription.
