urgent help
hello respected doctors. I am 30 years old male.. I m unmarried and single.And I will be married with in 2 or 3 months. I used to mastarbate since i was 14 years.Every thing was ok till the age of 24. But after that i felt some thing wrong. for example small organ size, week erection, and premature ejaculation. One more thing i want tell u. I never sex with anybody in my life. In age of 28 i tried it, but when i start forplay my penis got excited little bit and after some time penis ejaculate without sex. i read the question and answers of this forums. but could not decided , which medicine is good for me. Please help me with right advice. Should i get married or not with in 2 or 3 months? currently i m living in canada on temporary visa. Medical facilities are very expenses in canada.
