anaerobic bacteria - oxygen

I would like to know if there is a remedy that can kill anaerobic bacterias (bacterias that does not require oxygen for growth and may die in its presence). I have had mouth inflammation and stomach inflammation for at leasr a year, and after doing so many tests, I was diagnosed with having anaerobic bacteria in my body originating from my teeth with root canal, I would like to know if there either a remedy to kill these bacterias OR if there is a remedy for oxygen??!!
thank you Maryam
