Receding gum

MY son Age:13years has receding gum.I can see the root.
As a child he had severe ezema and he was treated with homeo and ayurveda medicine.And also we applied cartisone for 2 years(only external).Then he developed asthma and 2 years ago we went to a homeopath in California,he gave him the constitutional remedy PHOS.We give him one dose of PHOS once in 6 months or when ever he needs.Now he is improved and ok.This is his health history.

Apart from that he has bad breath and ofcourse RECEDING GUM.He is small built and weighs 70lbs and height is 4'10.

Please help me to take care of this problem.
any other info required?

merc sol 30 one dose daily for 5 days cal phos 6x silicea 6x cal flour 6x mix all three 4 tabs each and give him twice daily for three month

plantago Q and Glycerine 1:1
volume per volume and apply over the receding gum daily 3 to 4 times. massage the gum with your forefinger.

Where can I buy plantago Q.where ever i searches it is giving pills or liquid atarting potency 3x .which one to buy.I live in Sanjose ,California
