In fact u have no right to call any fake or something like that. I can use also that type of words against u. But I am not taht type guy. If u can't hear truth then its ur headache. By the way I never recieved any messege about any remedy releted to heart enlargement in this forum eccept yours (essentia aurea) since last week. So obvousely I could think that there might not be remedy of that disease.
