Suffering from PCOS

My wife is suffering from pcos,her age is 36.
The symptoms are problem in mensural cycles, lot of pain and heavy clotting, pain on the back & abdomen, dryness,sometimes have problem in breathing.

kindly suggest some remedy.

No there is no other medical history.Six month back she was given oral contraceptive along with vitamin suppliments for about 8 months.
