Cannot sleep after the sorrow

A 70 years old woman is asking for help. Her husband died 5 years ago and after that she has not been able to fall asleep naturally. She is dependent on some kind of allpathic sleeping pills.

She says that she does not cry anymore, but the christmas and other festivals make her very sorrow. She says she has accepted his death and she is happy he doesn't need to suffer anymore. But she just misses him so much. They had the wonderful 20 years together.

Is the right remedy Ignatia or Nat Mur? How to differ between these and what kind of questions I have to ask her?

He is overweight, very gentle and caring lady. Laughs a lot and at the following day cries a lot.

Is 1 M too strong? At home I have Ignatia 1 M and Nat Mur 200 c.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Nobody has replied me so I have decided to go on with Ignatia 1 M.
I don't have much experience of using this high potencies. Please advise me, what kind of aggravation is to be expected?

Thanks for replying. I have only 1M at home, so I go on with that.

How quick is the response of Ignatia? When she will see the change?
