Chronic menustration pain

Hi, I need remedy for severe menstrual pains. Symptoms: tight stomach, extreme cramping pain, difficult to walk or use toilet, stools barely solid, increased pain during/after urination. Warm water bottle helps, but pain is consistent. Lasts about 3-4 days. Only medication taken is ibuprofuen (about 3 pills every few hours), no significant change in pain. Also, no mood changes or any thing, just pain and tears :)
Thank you.

both the remedies are valuable. But I found Mag.Phos more effective than burofen or any other pain killer. The patient can take it thrice a day in normal routine and in warm milk or water during mensuration.

Thank you. A friend of mine recommended mag phos D12, which I was told to commence before my period begins (I've thus far taken 10 tabs - 5 once a day for the last two days). Should I wait until during cycle to take then three times a day? Also, the pills (tiny circles) are dissolved on tongue should I still take with hot water? (the package says 30 minutes before or after eatting dissolve on tongue) Thank you for your help.

dear patient,
you can take it orally in dissolving it in mouth thrice a day other than mensuration period. However you should use it during mensuration in warm water, milk or tea.
