Anal fissures seeking advice
i am suffering from fissures since last one yr. i have read advice on your forums and got some relief. i have consulted doctors and taken fisutin , ratahnia , graphites , nitric acid and now am on arum trip. the situation is improved.there is no bleeding but every time i get a hard stool the pain comes back.i am also takin sitz bath with savlon . can some one help. my diet has adequate fibre and i also take isabgol every night.romyatul on 2008-12-27

Thank you Mr pankaj for the reply.My case history and other details are as under.
i am a male , age 42 yrs. i am serving in army as colonel for last 20 yrs and am at jodhpur now. I have a good health and have suffered no major illness except jaundice when i was 11 yrs old. I am overweight by 10 kgs and have high blood cholestrol which i try and keep in check through diet control.it ranges between 200-230 and my triglycerides are also in that range. i have a sweet tooth. i drink moderately and do not smoke. i eat mostly vegetarian food ,once or twice a month its nonveg for a meal. i am moderatley active and go for walk and golf occasionly.
last december i experienced blood in stool and pain and terrible itching which i showed to doctors and they said it was a anal fissure.they recommended surgery but i decided on conservative treatment.thereafter i have been through homeopathic and allopathic , natural treatment and my situation improved .the bleeding stopped and pain subsided but i am now plagued with recurrence every few weeks or so.being in army i have to travel out and this results in change of diet and hard stools.one such stool and the pain is back.presently also i have a sore anus and sitting is painful. i am taking sitz bath twice a day.i have taken graphites,ratahnia,nitric acid,arumtrip and fisutin.out of this fisutin was helpful.
i take adequate fibre , eat radish and guvava and isabgol.i eat food with no chillies and spices and have restricted myself to veg diet only.
pl help as this is interfering with my official and family life.

romyatul last decade
Take a dose of Sulphur 200 tomorrow morning and after 24 hours start with Aloe S (mother tincture)...3 dtops in 1/8th glass of water. Take it 3 times a day at equal intervals. (Half hour after any meal).
Repeat Sulphur 200 dose after one week.
Post feed back in about 5 days after start of the meds.
