Autististism in 2 year old

My son has mild autism. He doesnt respond when called his name, has limited eye contact, Not speaking any words.Only babbling noises. He used to speak couple of words at 12 months but stopped altogether. He doent even say mommy or daddy. He has limited interaction with other kids.He sometimes Does repetetive things, Like spinning in circle, walking on toes, throwing toys, banging floor lamp and head, spinning wheels of his tricylcle etc. He plays with genitals, some times violent, pulling hair and bites. He is picky eater, picks up small dirt and eat.Not cooperating for toilet training. He does anger tantrums, when he is angry does not cooperate to lift him, or listen to anything. He is un controllable in public places and shopping. Otherwise he is very affectionate. We are going to get him speech therapy and behaviour therapy. I appreciate any suggestions on homepathic treatment for my kids behaviour? Thanks!

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Hi,

This condition is only curable through remedy, and I am glad you are choosing this route.

Please talk about the child's food cravings and aversions, and also talk about other illnesses he has suffered from birth.

Tell me as much as you can about his habits and temperament in general. Does he have any fears ? Anything which really improves his mood in general ?

How social is he ? Likes company or not ? Does he like physical contact ?

I meant 'only curable through a homeopathic remedy' above.

Hi Sameer, Thanks for the comments. Regarding the questions,
He is generally healthy child, he didnt go through major illness. Around 8 months he had red spots near the poop hole, pediatrician suggested that could be because of the alergy to diary milk. so we stopped it and put him on soy milk. He was breast fed until 1 year old. Since couple of weeks, We are trying to give him only GFCF diet, he drinks almond milk and eats rice, vegetables, eggs, fruits.
He seems not to have any unnecessary fears. He likes to watch only his favourite cartoon movies repeatedly. He goes with his tantrums when we restrict him doing things. We would then take him out, put on his favourite movie etc to control him.
He like to go out, play in park etc. He plays alone. doesnot much interact with other kids. He like to throw the toys, balls etc. like to spin the wheels.
He likes it when we hug and cuddle and affectionate. But lately he is getting aggressive and non cooperative.
Thanks again,

Satish

Does he show a wish to become independent and self-sufficient ?

Is he very difficult to distract from his desires ?

Is he hard to tackle when he is having one of his tantrum i.e. extremely stubborn for a long duration ?

Does he sweat a lot, if so, which part of the body and when ?

sameervermani last decade
He eats without feeding (but we still feed him most of the time),drink water and juices by himself. He look normal.
It is not that difficult to distract him his desires, he tend to show anger tantrums but eventually distracted into other things. He is not extremely stubborn very long duration. We would then take him outside, put him his favourite movie and so on. He dn not sweat a lot. It is hard to tell as we are in chilly region. But i saw him sweat on his neck, nose etc when played in the park.
Thanks

So, he pulls his own hair ?

Bites himself or other people ?

Describe his gestures in detail

sameervermani last decade
He sometimes pulls his hair but not hard and he do not bite himself except that he munch his shirt sleeves and sucks them wet and always keeps his fingers in his mouth licking them. He bites me and his mama sometimes even hard but not only when he's angry even when he's hugging and playing and do not realize his mama's pain and pulls his mama's hair but are not quite often. He is quite social with other people but do not play with other kids of his age and prefers to play alone in his play school but at home plays with us only for few minutes now and then as he's distracted and bored cooperating and expressing and understanding. Regarding his gestures, he smiles sometimes when we smile but inappropriate smiles, laughs, and facial expressions and sometimes even walks turning his face to his sides and even when watching tv. He picks up even minute dirt and puts in his mouth.

So, he has a strong desire for travel and going out ?

Does he ever feel as if he is away from home and must get home?

Does he like change, and new experiences ?

Does he love to take chances and play tricks, even act like daredevil ?

sameervermani last decade
Yes, he loves to travel and sometimes doesn't want to come home, but it do not mean he hates to be at home. He sure wants when he's tired and exhausted. He's very much repetitive in his behavior like watching same videos and play.He wont be much attracted by new things at the first sight only after repeating it daily it would become a part into his taste. But first he would be frustrated from his new experience. He is not a daredevil but climbs and jumps from sofa to table without any fear and once hits somewhere cries out of pain.

thanks

Please give him 3 doses of Belladonna 30c equally spaced by 30 mins on a single day as below

Dissolve 2 pellets of BELL 30c in a 250 ml spring water bottle. You can shake it gently after they have dissolved.

A teaspoon from this bottle using a disposable spoon is 1 dose.

This is to be done for one day ONLY.

Let me know in 6 days after these 3 doses.

Please follow the restrictions below.

Restrictions:

1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate, except where this would cause a drastic change in consumption
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell on the day and 3 days following the remedy administration. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin

Well 2 drops of alcohol in 250 ml water is not going to be even felt .

The same holds with 2 pellets dissolved in 250 ml water.

You can buy the pellets at Whole foods or other health food stores in USA.

Dr.Sameer,

We gave him bell 30c last Sunday.on Monday he started scratching all over his body esp., face and head and it all started to swollen but
was ok after few hours and later in the night he had a restless sleep and was screaming like he had a horror dream throughout the night. On tuesday he again was scartching his face and swollen but was ok again. Considering improvements, he has now started pulling or dragging us to his needs like
to switch on tv or change video or to go outside. But didn't see any other
difference. And he has been suffering from cold for more than one month still not ok.He had fever, cold, cough, sneezing and lots of yellow greenish thick mucus.
And are better now but still cold persists with thick mucus and coughs sometimes
in the night. We could hear sound like wheezing when he breaths and could feel on his chest and on back. But sure it is not wheezing and two doctors have confirmed it so far.We also want to help him from cold, please suggest remedy for both.Thank you.

Kindly
Sathish

Was there any change in his pulling of hair and biting of other people ?

sameervermani last decade
He did bite and pulled hair couple of times. He is suffering from mucous

Need_Homeo last decade
Please give a single dose of Belladonna 200c as follows.

Dissolve 2 pellets in 120 ml spring water, and give him a teaspoon from there JUST once.

Report in 1 week.

sameervermani last decade
We'll do as u said and update.
And can u please suggest remedy
for cold, he's suffering from
thick yellow greenish mucus for over one month and its disturbing his sleep.

Thank you
Sathish

Need_Homeo last decade
Only 1 remedy will be suggested at a time as we never give 2 remedies together in homeopathy.

You can report in 3 days after the Belladonna 200c dose, and we will assess at that time.

sameervermani last decade
Dr.sameer,

I gave my son bell 200 last Friday afternoon, it is almost 5 days now. There isn't any noticeable difference so far. He's no more suffering from cold. Pl.advice further.
