doctors i have hair loss problem.please solve my problem

my problem of Hair Loss started from 1 year. I can find hairs everywhere - bathroom after taking head bath , on the floor, on my clothes, and on the pillow
I had thick and healthy hair. Never had any problem of hair loss .but now my hairs become thin .and now my hairs are not heavy and healthy.the left side of head bald started.plz tell me good remedy.i m so much worried about my hair loss problem.Now I am quite depressed due to my hair loss.plz solve my problem.Please recommend a remedy for my hair loss problem along with the detailed procedure how to take it.and for how much month?
