This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Thousands of people are suffering as you are. Please find a support group to go to to be able to recognize you are not alone and are not "weird." You are not putting on or imagining it.

Your anxiety and pain of feelings will make it worse unless you get some help.

Apply for dissability until you can get your life in control, unless you have family that will care for you and keep a roof over your head.

The Bach Rescue Remedy from the health store will help a little to be able to think a bit. A dropper full several times a day.

If you feel angry, it is one remedy. If you feel fear, another. We need to understand the "feelings."

You have discribed your physical activity, but how are you reacting to these activities??

How were you as a very small child?? Did you have nightmares or "see" things? Talk to us.

Blessings, Sabra

are you male or female?

do you have any other symptoms?

How are your sleep patterns?

Moods?

Any cravings?

Hi hocus,
do you work in an office building with closed circuit air con? if so, the term is sick-building syndrome and not you at all.
However, for panic and anxiety try aconite 30c or higher, 200c?
