How to antidote the aggravation caused by three doses of thuja 10M taken at an interval of 14 days between each dose.

Well 10M and repeating it every 14 days is too much in most cases, unless the person prescribing it knows what he/she is doing.

What is the condition of the patient. How is the patient constitution wise. Strong, weak, So so.

what are the current symptoms experienced?

I have some information for u such as the patient is 23 years old and lean and thin.he is not constitutionally strong.he has a drawn in feeling in the anus with constriction after the medicine which prevents stool sometimes.
