Please Suggest my Remedy for left side . . .. .

I am 28yrs old 80kg weight and having conditions like fear of diseases and fear of death i want to know which remedy should i take to cure problems which are mostly on my left side i.e; left side pain in left side of chest front and back and a serve anal fissure on left anal lip though hemorrhoids are on right anal lip, left back side of should and left back side of neck pain.

There is also one more thing that i also gets cold easily and also have little pain in front right chest now a days and may be also left side pain is due to cold my BP is 120/70 or 120/60 and my nose shape is also going bad (may be i have the illness in which something starts appears in nose i don't know what to say it)
