Can genetic/hereidtary diseases be prevented in the foetus/unborn baby?

I am currently pregnant with my first child. I am a very healthy woman and do not need any medications for my pregnancy. But anything to ease labour will undoubtedly be appreciated. My main concern is to prevent hereditary/genetic diseases in my baby. There are no major illness or hereditary diseases from my side of the family, but my husband's family does. His mother and sister have Psoriasis and I am concerned about this. I am aware that Psoriasis is not a hereditary disease but a lot of the doctor's I have spoken to have said that people who have this in their gene pool are more prone to it than people who do not. So, are there are medicines in Homeopathy that would prevent this and any other genetic diseases in my baby? I am in my 6th month of pregnancy.
