Eating Disorder

I have a 7 year old boy who does not want to eat anything at home except carrots rasberries orange juice and raw onions. all he wants is fastfoods, like McDonalds or Kentukey Fried Chicken. When we offer him to eat our home cooked food he get very up set and starts to cry or yell at us. We do not fry any food at home. He has been like this all his life except when he was much younger 3 4 years. He does not like going to school and complains that his classmates do not like to play with him. He loves lego and computers games. He is our only child. He does not like any medicine but recently has been taking Gummies MultiVitamins. I thought that Cina might help him but I am not sure.
