my kid is 3 1/2 yrs and very weak physicallyhe dont eat much very little food and little milk
he takes milk frequently in less intervals but in very little ammount and has problem of vomitting if he eat or drink a little more he vomits he is very active stubborn aggresive child he sleeps late at night his nature is distructive
now a days he is having cough far almost 2 months had many med including alopethic(nicor and triaminic flu)and homeo also from a doctor here but his condition was ok just during the treatemnt when it ends his cough starts again
and due to cough he vomits of and on he have more cough during sleep plz do saomthing for cough appetite vomiting and his agreaaive nature

More details are required for homeopaths to asess your (child's) case. Whats the expectoration like, color of his vomit, his stool, presence of fever and other indications.

his vomitting is mostly curdled milk or anything he has eaten earlier before vomitting also a little bit of catarrh his stool is never consistent sometimes hard sumtimes semi hard but has very bad smell no fever cries a lot

Can you describe his cough?. Is it constant or explosive or any other features of it?. Was he stubborn after or before the ailment started?

You can try ipec as suggested, though your explanation of the case does not support ipec. I would rather try Pulsatilla Nigricans which I believe is very close to the picture you present. But since I am not a Dr, I hope the other doctors in this forum can concur.

what type of food or milk does he get worse with?
when does he vomit frequently?during respiratory troubles like cold/flu? or during normal time?
what are the foods he crave for?

no he is on nido
banana milk makes him worse
he vomits more during illness but even without illness he vomits when eating a bigger bite aur something stucks in his teeth or mouth
he likes fried foods like nuggets kababs french fries and dry items like chapati bread naan tikka etc
