Damaged medicines?

Dear members,

I left a couple of hom. medicines above a speaker....well, that was for about 20 min. and the speaker (a big one) was on.-The question is, would the medicines been damaged?

Not in 20 min time. The vibration is a consideration, but the big problem would be heat. Sabra
