6 year old, allergies

My daughter has been taking 1 tsp of Zyrtec each night with a spray of Nasonex also. If she goes to a half dose of Zyrtec her nose starts to run. We have pulled out the carpets and have avoided dairy to cut down mucous but she still has issues. Also the Doctor did say her adenoids were somewhat inflamed. Please advise
