I have severe PMS/PMDD perhaps which starts usually just after I ovulate.

I get tearful, anxious, angry, accusative, aggressive sometimes, abusive, depressed, I get headaches, very bad sleep patterns, forgetful, scatty, doubtful about myself, self hatred - every problem in my life is accentuated a thousand fold. Is there anyone who could help me.
I tried pulsatilla LM1 and then LM2 for 2 months but it was too slow acting and worked little especially with the sleep patterns - I was sleeping badly.

I look forward to hearing from someone who may really know.
