Teeth Nerve Problem...All doctors and Joe

About 4 years ago, I suddenly started pain near my ear going up to the head. To cut a long story short, after a bunch of visits/tests, the doc saw an impacted 1st molar, filled it up and did a root canal. The pain was so bad that I told the doc to ultimately take the tooth off. The pain then jumped to the previous tooth, and then kept coming on/off to any random lower jaw tooth.
They concluded I had TMJ and neuralgia of the teeth.
I have been treated with allopathy and homeopathy, including being given a dental splint for TMJ.

The pain was once upon a time constant.
The pain now comes off and on.
It either goes from the tooth to the back of the jaw, or down the neck. Sometimes it feels as if my front teeth are hyper sensitive...not to food but to touch by the tongue. All my neuralgia gets worse to touch of teeth by tongue. On top of this, I get muscular stiffness in my shoulders sometimes and this sets off the tooth ache in the back of lower jaw. In the interim there are days I am OK.

I am female in 40s, ...nothing remarkable about me except I am very sensitive.

Any help possible please?
