I am 5.9 and wheitish look and healthy.i do workout some time and do some situps to keep the knee strong but some times while jumping or
while walking i get a jerk and the inner part of the knee bone slips and the reason i always have extream pain,which is unbarable, i can not run fast and while bending the knoee i feel a pain and, at this time i am on Ruta 6 but it has given some relax but not on to certail level where i could say it is fine.

As per the Dr the inner part of the knee which is in between the upper bone and the lower bone, ligaments has been torn.

Kindly help and advise what i can do.

Hello Kaiser,

Please use Symphytum 30 c daily once;

also
five phos (penta phos) 3x thrice daily;

also
argentum met 6x (one dose only every 5 days);

stay away from coffee if you want that to heal soon;

sorahamsha last decade
i repeat
argentum met 6x one dose only in 5 days;

sorahamsha last decade
continue this for 15 days and report; a potency change for arg met could be considered then;

sorahamsha last decade
Thanks Dr,

Appreciate your advise and would try to take the priscribed madicine and inform you if there are any changes in couple of days.

Thanks
