Shoulder pain beneath right shoulder blade
I have sharp persistant pain just beneath my right shoulder blade for the past 4 to 5 years. It is more prominent when i bring my right arm for any forward movement. I cannot also write for more than a page or so without sharp excruciating pain in this shoulder region and palms radiating to wrist. Cannot hold anything or put pressure with right hand.Ex: cutting vegetables. Sleeping on right side is impossible because of this pain. Please suggest remedy.
