Hair Loss, itch scalp....

I have had it with this. I am 38 years old. I have been to every Dr. I had been diagnosed with low iron, but the levels are up from 15 to 37, and I have no change yet in my thinning hair. They told me it takes time and believe it is the iron deficiency but I am just not buying it, I have been doing this since last August. They have checked Thyroid and everything else under the sun. I am amazed at how many others have the same issue. They tell me to just go try Rogaine, and had given me topical steroids. I have very full brown curly hair, and it is like they dont' want to really help me because I don't have big bald spots and still am fortunate to have alot of hair left for now, it is like hey my hair is thinning I need help....... then tehy say maybe you are depressed and need to be on meds and I am like well wouldn't you be depressed too if you were losing your hair and no one could tell you why. Aren't there any specialists in this?
